R&G Paddock Stand Bobbin Kit, or R&G Cotton Reels as they are also referred to as, are designed to fit the Kawasaki Z1000, up to 2006 models. These R&G Paddock Stand Bobbins are designed to screw directly in to the existing threads in the lower part of the swinging arm allowing a rear fork type paddock stand to be used to lift the back of the motorcycle clear of the ground squarely and safely. Please note that these R&G Bobbins cannot be used with the standard exhaust system.
These RG Paddock Stand Bobbins for Kawasaki Z1000 up to 2006 also offer some crash protection by having these additional and sacrificial points of contact in a fall. The R&G Crash Protectors for Kawasaki Z1000 upto 2006 are also available for this motorcycle.
